PRIVATE/INDIVIDUAL ORDERS
All individual orders are subject to our standard trading terms and conditions.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Please note that this feature is strictly for wholesale/ trade customers only and that by using our site you are agreeing to our trading terms and conditions as set out below. You may be asked for proof of the type of business and any other relevant details.
TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All information we ask from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you in case of a query. We do not share your personal information with any other companies. After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email and the order details. A contract between you and Alquimia Pervane will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and payment has been received. You will receive email confirmation of your order. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information, shipping address etc., along with your order. If any of the details are incorrect on receipt of your email confirmation please advise us via telephone and email (alquimiapervane@alquimiapervane.com). If the delivery address entered is not correct and the parcel is returned to us, you will not be refunded for the shipping cost.
Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of the products, minor changes (e.g. colour, packaging, scent) may occur and by using our site you accept and understand this. As olfactory perceptions are subjective, all orders are non-returnable or refundable, except in the case of breakages which have occurred during shipping.
REFUNDS
In the case of faulty or damaged goods, a full refund or exchange will be offered, including the cost of shipping.
BREAKAGES AND SHORTAGES
Please check your order for breakages and shortages and inform us of any problems within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photographic evidence may be required.
WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
Please note that for custom wholesale orders, fragrance oils may be measured by weight (kilos and grams) and that due to the relative density of each fragrance, or oil, volumes can vary depending upon consistency.
For individual orders, and wholesale orders of products offered on our website, weights and measurements are approximate due to the handmade nature of the products.
DELIVERY
All delivery dates are estimates.
IVA
All prices listed on our site are inclusive of IVA at the calculated rate of 21%.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Current prices listed on our website supersede all prices for identical goods previously listed or advertised. Prices are subject to revision. Payments must be made with orders. No credit will be given. All prices are listed in Euros and any customs or import duties due when your order reaches the destination country are your responsibility.
CARRIAGE
Prices listed do not include postage and packaging. Postage and packaging will be charged per order. Prices are calculated by weight.
LIABILITY
The information provided in the website is solely for guidance and information purposes. It does not constitute advice. Alquimia Pervane does not provide any recommendations or endorsements and you should not use information on the website to make any decisions or take any action. As perceptions are subjective, fragrance descriptions are intended to give an indication of the notes of the fragrance. Descriptions and names should not be confused or associated with any trademarks, copyrights, associated infringements and have no affiliation with other manufacturers or designer brands.
